Your First Look at 'Design at Your Door' Is Here!

The sneak peek features an adorable reveal video that will have you hooked from the start.

May 13, 2020

Think you can't stand to have any more Zoom calls? Having a call with an HGTV star may just change your mind.

At the very least, you can watch families from all walks of life including first responders and other essential workers get a custom design plan from some of HGTV's biggest stars on our first fully self-shot show, Design at Your Door.

Premiering on June 11 at 9|8c with back-to-back episodes, Design at Your Door will pair designers with families who are desperate to renovate part of their homes.

While documenting their design process every step of the way, the homeowners will complete projects such as converting a forgotten storage area into a playroom and upgrading a bonus space into a home office and media room.

The DIY ethos of the homeowners is a key part of the show, but we also get a firsthand glimpse into the design process (and the homes) of some of our top stars as they coach the families every step of the way.

Each episode will also feature an exciting reveal moment as the homeowners meet their design coach. Get a sneak peek below at just how exciting this promises to be as this Austin, Texas, family gets introduced to none other than David Bromstad.

The families include a firefighter, an ER nurse, a cafeteria worker and several parents who are simultaneously remote working and homeschooling their children. The HGTV designers include David Bromstad, Tiffany Brooks , Tamara Day, Dave and Jenny Marrs, Maureen McCormick, Grace Mitchell, Eve Plumb, Orlando Soria and Alison Victoria.

Sound like a dream come true? We're still casting for families to be on the show. Get all the details here.

You can stream full episodes on HGTV GO the same day and time as the TV premieres — Thursdays at 11|10c beginning June 11. Keep following HGTV.com/insider for exclusive content, including behind-the-scenes before and after videos, and can interact on social media using #DesignAtYourDoor.
